How we help
Addiction Intervention & Family Consultation
Structured preparation, coordination, and support when something has to change.
A clear next step
Support built around the situation.
When substance use or a behavioral health crisis has reached a point where something must change, families often need more than advice. We help organize the people, information, timing, setting, and practical next steps around a structured family consultation or intervention. That may include preparation conversations, coordination with authorized treatment professionals, travel and logistics planning, facilitation support, and transition planning once the conversation is complete. Our role is non-clinical: we help the family move from uncertainty toward an appropriate care pathway while licensed providers make clinical recommendations and treatment decisions.

What Happens After an Intervention
Our involvement does not have to end when the conversation does. When your loved one agrees to care, we can coordinate behavioral health transportation, support the treatment admission, and remain involved through the transition into recovery — so momentum is not lost in the most fragile hours.
Frequently asked questions
What is an addiction intervention?
An intervention is a structured, prepared conversation in which family members and, where appropriate, professionals encourage a loved one to accept help. Our role is non-clinical: we help organize, prepare, and coordinate the process around authorized professionals.
Who participates in an intervention?
Participants typically include close family members and, when appropriate, a licensed interventionist or clinician. We help identify who should be involved and clarify each person’s role beforehand.
What happens if the person agrees to treatment?
When your loved one agrees to care, timing matters. We can coordinate immediate behavioral health transportation and admission so there is no gap between the decision and arrival at treatment.
What happens if the person refuses treatment?
Not every conversation ends with immediate agreement. We help the family plan for that possibility in advance, set clear boundaries, and keep a path open for a later decision.
Can you coordinate transportation immediately after an intervention?
Yes. Private, accompanied transportation is one of our core services and is frequently arranged to follow directly after an intervention.
Do you work with the family’s existing therapist or treatment provider?
Yes. With appropriate authorization, we coordinate with the interventionists, clinicians, and programs already involved in your loved one’s care.
Our process
Every engagement follows a defined planning, safety, communication, and handoff process.
Not sure where to begin?
You do not need to choose the right service before you call. Share what is happening and we will determine whether we can appropriately assist.
